Ah, Bruges…
…a small city in Belgium famous for its chocolates, waffles, and fries.
I visited at the end of 2017 and it was like taking a trip back in time.
Even in the October drizzle, the streets and scenery were beautiful and picturesque, and although though I traveled to Bruges alone (as I do on most of my adventures) the whole place felt warm and romantic.
To help inspire you to visit this Belgian city, I’ve collected 17 of my favorite photos that I took on my trip.
As you view my photos, please bear in mind that I am not a professional photographer, nor do I have a fancy or expensive camera.
I am very much a ‘point and shoot’ type of person. (Imagine how great these photos would look if there were taken by a professional!)
Even with my extremely limited photography skills, I’m sure you can agree with me that Bruges is simply beautiful.
A European city not to be missed!
Are you going to Bruges?
I hope that I have achieved what I set out to do – which is to help inspire you to visit Bruges.
If you do go, I’d love to know how your trip went and what you thought of Bruges. And if you have any questions, please pop them below and I’ll do my best to help you out.
